Eating clean : 4 healthy food you must take everyday

The most important thing to get a great body is to get proper nutrition. Your training will not work if you do not get enough fuel.So, avoid junk foods and be fit.


1. Chicken Breast
 It is full of protein which is better than red meat. Chicken breast contains less fat. 1 oz. boneless chicken contains 5.5 g protein.

2. Salmon
 It contains 80% protein and omega 3. Omega 3 helps you to reduce harmful cholesterol from your body.



3. Egg
Hard boiled eggs also a healthy and nutritious food. Egg white is rich of protein .to lose fat try to eat the white portion only. Eating egg early in the morning keeps you away from junk food.

4. Broccoli
Always take some vegetables .Among the green foods Broccoli is the best choice.it contains fiber which is helpful to lose bad weight.
