To get a sculpted abs you must have to maintain a diet program.       Cut your carbs, eat more protein and stop eating like birds. Remember 70% result depends on proper nutrition.

Train every part of your midsection:
You have to train your upper abs, lower abs, oblique and core to get a shredded abs. specially, focus
on your lower abs to get a six pack body. Only crunches will not reach you to your goal.

Get enough water:Fat losing is must and drink enough water to reduce belly fat . So hydrate yourself.

Do not train every day:Training every day will not help you to get ripped. Train 1-2 days in a week.

Inhale and exhale properly while training:It is very important. When you are working on your abs, inhaling and exhaling will be effective on
you abs muscle.
