1. Set a plan
First of all, set your goal. Think about what you want. You want to transform,
lose fat or build muscle and what kind of body you want.
According to your plan, set a workout program. You may choose 3-5 days to train in a week.
3. Train all parts of your body
To get a better, fit and good looking body, you have to train all the parts of your body. So, keep exercises of all body parts in your routine.
4. Follow your program strictly
Try to complete the program you have chosen as strict as possible. But when you feel too much tired, you can skip that day because it will cause muscle damage.
5. Do not skip the leg day
Again workouts for every body parts are important to build a nice body. Many
people skip their leg days, but it is harmful. It hampers your fitness. It is
proven that, exercises of legs helps a lot in building big arms and a ripped
abs.
Proper nutrition has a great impact in bodybuilding.70 percent of your success
in this world depends on proper diet. You need to eat more to build muscles but
you have to eat healthy foods. Besides protein you need to get right amount of
carbs and healthy fats.
Hydrating yourself is important. During workouts, you lose a huge amount of water from your body. So, to be energized and to look good, get sufficient water.
8. Stretch after workout
After each and every exercise you must have to stretch. This will prevent injuries and increase fitness. Besides, it helps us to gain size.
9. Stay motivated
